Return Policy

DVDs/videos are non-refundable unless damaged, defective, and/or unopened (shrink wrapped) in which case they must be returned within 30-days to: 

EI Fulfillment Center, 2113 N. High St., Lansing, MI 48906. 

Courses and texts must be returned within 12 months.  Items must be received in resalable condition (no bent or dirty covers, no writing, etc.).

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Please use a traceable method of shipment.  COD shipments are not accepted.
